SignTracker allows you to reuse and clone quotes from previous jobs, making it easy to generate consistent and accurate contracts. Whether you're working within the same job or pulling a quote from a different project, the process is simple and efficient.
Step 1: Accessing Existing Quotes
- While editing a contract, click "Add Lines From Existing Worksheets".
- A drawer will open on the right-hand side, displaying a list of all quotes associated with the current job.
Step 2: Reusing a Quote in the Same Job
- To add an existing quote directly to the contract, hover over it and click "Use."
- This will insert the original quote into the contract without making any modifications.
Step 3: Cloning a Quote for Editing
- If you need to modify a quote without affecting other contracts that use it, click "Clone."
- This creates a duplicate version that can be edited independently.
Step 4: Cloning a Quote from a Different Job
- Click the "All Jobs" tab at the top of the drawer.
- Search by job name or quote worksheet to locate a quote from another project.
- Once found, clone it and modify as needed before adding it to your contract.
