Resetting Your Password

Whether you need to reset a forgotten password or simply want to update your existing password, the process in SignTracker is quick and secure.

Resetting a Forgotten Password

1. Open your browser and go to the SignTracker login page.
2. Click the "Forgot your password?" link.
3. On the password reset page, enter your username or email address.
4. Click "Send me reset password instructions".
5. Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions to create a new password.

Changing Your SignTracker Password

1. Log in to SignTracker.
2. Click Profile in the upper-right corner of the screen.
3. In the Edit User screen, enter your new password in the Password and Confirm Password fields.
4. Enter your current password for security verification.
5. Click Update to save your new password.

Additional Notes & Support

• If you don’t receive a reset email, check your spam or junk folder.
• Password updates take effect immediately. If you have trouble logging in, try clearing your browser cache.
