Whether you need to reset a forgotten password or simply want to update your existing password, the process in SignTracker is quick and secure.
Resetting a Forgotten Password
- Open your browser and go to the SignTracker login page.
- Click the "Forgot your password?" link.
- On the password reset page, enter your username or email address.
- Click "Send me reset password instructions".
- Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions to create a new password.
Changing Your SignTracker Password
- Log in to SignTracker.
- Click Profile in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- In the Edit User screen, enter your new password in the Password and Confirm Password fields.
- Enter your current password for security verification.
- Click Update to save your new password.
Additional Notes & Support
- If you don’t receive a reset email, check your spam or junk folder.
- Password updates take effect immediately. If you have trouble logging in, try clearing your browser cache.
