If a job is deleted, an email notification with a restoration link is sent to the account owner and all associated team members.
Step 1: Check Your Email for a Restore Link
- Look for an email from SignTracker with a "Restore Job" link.
- Click the link to recover the deleted job instantly.
Step 2: Use Site Search to Restore a Job
If the email is missing, you can manually restore the job:
- Click the spyglass icon in the top navigation menu or use the shortcut:
- Mac: ⌘ + /
- Windows: Ctrl + /
- Type "Deleted Jobs" in the search bar.
- This will take you to a Deleted Jobs page, where you can search, sort, and restore missing jobs.
Additional Notes
- Deleted jobs remain recoverable for a limited time, so act quickly.
